You get your booking page, unlimited bookings, your Discover listing, reviews, free phone alerts, and no-show protection that holds risky bookings for your approval. To charge a deposit you also connect your own free Helcim account, so the money lands in your bank rather than ours. Extras like more photos can be added to any plan from $5/mo.
You get the whole Business plan for 14 days — team logins, the shared calendar, memberships, gift cards, everything. We take no card to start, so nothing can charge you by surprise. Add a card whenever you're ready and billing begins at the end of the trial; add nothing and the account simply drops to the Free plan when the trial runs out.
Yes — every add-on has a 14-day free trial and takes no card. Switch one on from your dashboard and use it properly for a fortnight. When the 14 days are up it simply stops: there is nothing to cancel, nothing to remember, and nothing to be charged for. One free trial per add-on, and you can keep it any time afterwards for its normal monthly price.
You connect your own free Helcim payment account, so your booking payments and deposits go directly to you. Deposits are included on every plan — Free too. You only pay Helcim's normal card-processing fee; we add nothing on top of it.
No — and that's on purpose. We send free phone alerts instead. You and your clients add Made For Artist to your phone's home screen and get instant alerts for every booking, change, and cancellation. Unlimited, on every plan, at no cost — most apps charge per text.
When you mark an appointment as missed, it records a mark on that client's record — on every plan. Only you can forgive a mark you gave. No-show protection is free for everyone: clients with a history are asked for a deposit, or held for your approval, before they take a slot.
Yes — that is the part a standalone booking page cannot do. Someone brand new to you who has missed appointments elsewhere still shows up as a risk. It is kept fair on purpose: only an appointment a business actually marks counts, marks fade after about 18 months, and every kept appointment repairs the score. Clients see their own record in full.
